torture

I think that torture is never justificated, its a cruel act and its barbaric.
There are more inteligent ways to punish convicts,,,but torture is not a way.

1. yes..i can imagine that it feels awfull to know you are going to die and your days are counted
2.It does because you are hurting the emotional state of convicts
3.i think it is, even if they are bad people..murderers..child molesters, etc, they are humans too..they deserve to be treated like so.
They play with theyre emotions, imagine those 5 min before entering to the gas chamber, i prefer to die instead of thinking in those last 5 minutes.
4.it does violate in some ways their human rights, but their human raights where taken for their criminal acts.
